UNIT HAS BEEN UPDATED!!! Here is the third unit I've been able to complete in the 1st Grade Common Core Math Assessments.  They have taken A LOT of my time but it will be nice for me to have all the information in ONE place now!  Hopefully they will also help you in your classroom with your students.  I've combined MDT & G:  otherwise know in the Common Core as Mesurement & Data and Geometry.  This unit is FREE to my new followers for a limited time and will be posted soon on TPT:

QR Final Product!

Ok....took me ALL day of time I really DON'T have to do this.  

But so happy I figured out how to make QR cards. Now that I know it takes so long...

I will check out other teachers who have already made them and use their resources...LOL. 

AND when I showed this to my kiddos they LOVED it...but that's when I realized only 1 of my iPads 

has a camera and you need a camera for the scan app. 

At least I have something new for them to do next week in centers!

100 Day Art & Writing

The artwork the kids did on the 100th day turned out so darn cute!  We  talked about adjectives and how they describe how we look. They then wrote about what they would look like in 100 years and attached to the pictures. 

 Haha...Brianda said "I will look ugle"!

OH MY WORD....

I just found some videos on YouTube that are some of the CUTEST THINGS EVER!!! It's Storybot's for very early education...but a good review for my low ones and entertainment FOR ALL.  I'm going to be showing the Old McDonald song to my class first thing in the morning!

And of course one of my ALL TIME FAVORITES is Alphablocks by BBC.

And these are WAY cute...and my Spanish speakers LOVE THEM (so do I)!

b and d Reversal

Some of my students have been struggling with b and d reversal.  I couldn't find anything I really liked to help them, so I made up a few games and activities for them to use!  The packet will be listed soon on TPT and TN but here is a preview of what's inside!
